In this position as a Business Development Lead, you will be expected to manage a small team and be responsible for agents onboarding, campaigns, incentives and engage/build strong relationships with agents and financial advisors to develop business and provide support. Skills and experience required
- 3+ years of relevant experience in general insurance business development
- Experienced working with intermediaries such as IFAs would be good to have
- Certified with BCP, PGI, CommGI and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience managing a small team or aspire to step up into a leadership role
