My client is a well-regarded and fast-growing law practice and as part of their expansion they are seeking a Business Development Executive to join its dynamic team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen and an interest in the legal or professional services industry.
You will support strategic marketing and business development initiatives to enhance the firm’s brand, grow client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.
About the role
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, your key responsibilities would includes
... - Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies to support practice growth.
- Work closely with lawyers and partners to prepare pitches, proposals, and capability statements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, target clients, and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate client engagement initiatives, including events, seminars, and thought leadership campaigns.
- Support the preparation of directories, awards submissions, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain and update content across marketing channels, including website and social media.
- Track business development KPIs and maintain accurate data and reporting using internal systems.
- Ensure brand consistency across all external-facing materials and communications.
Skills and requirements
- Brings at least three years of experience in a business development or marketing capacity, preferably within legal, consulting, or other client-driven professional sectors.
A strong communicator who can liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels. - Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and pays close attention to detail.
