In this position Business Development Manager with the Employee Benefits Team, you will be expected to take ownership of your assigned portfolio, be responsible for the growth, retention and profitability. You will be required to prepare & negotiate quotes and ensure timely and accurate submission of data, including placement documentation for billing, and liaising with the internal operation team.
The successful incumbent will be handling Employee Benefits enquiries from clients, business partners and intermediaries on policy matters. Additionally, you will be expected to provide support to the intermediaries and conduct training as and when required.
Skills and experience required
- 2+ years of relevant experience handling employee benefits/group insurance medical
- Ideally experienced in business development or account management role
- Organised, meticulous and ability to manage work efficiently
- Strong relationship with intermediaries and account management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
