Regulatory Compliance: Possession of necessary industry certifications required to practice in Singapore (Basic General Insurance, Personal General Insurance, and Commercial General Insurance).
Communication: Effective negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or recognized professional insurance qualifications (such as those from the Chartered Insurance Institute or Singapore Insurance Institute).
