Key Responsibilities:
... - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Singapore and neighboring markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with OEMs, end users, and channel partners.
- Promote and provide technical consultation on mechanical drive solutions to industrial clients.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into effective proposals and solutions.
- Manage the entire sales process - from prospecting and technical qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Support the introduction of new offerings and value propositions in the region.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, prepare regular reports, and manage CRM tools effectively.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met with timely and appropriate support.
- Manage any account-related escalations, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in B2B technical sales, ideally in mechanical or industrial solutions.
- Background in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical training preferred.
- Solid understanding of industrial applications such as manufacturing, utilities, or infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to identify new market opportunities and handle complex solution-based sales.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Regional experience and willingness to travel for business within Southeast Asia.
