About the role
Reporting to the Head of Business Development Manager, you will support key strategic marketing and business development initiatives across the firm’s Asia offices
... - Draft, coordinate, and finalize pitches, RFP responses, and presentations and you will also manage and maintain a pitch content library and other business development materials.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, target clients, and growth opportunities and to assist in developing and implementing business development strategies for practice groups and offices in Asia.
- Coordinate client engagement initiatives, including events, seminars, and thought leadership campaigns.
- Draft internal and external communications and marketing collateral, ensuring all materials align with the firm's global brand standards and oversee submissions for key legal directories and industry awards.
- Work closely with lawyers, partners, and the wider Business Development and Marketing team across our global network to support and implement industry-related activities.
Skills and experience required
- Min 3 years of experience in a business development or marketing role, preferably within the legal, consulting, or other client-driven professional services sectors.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities with close attention to detail.
- Proven experience in creating and preparing business development collateral, pitches, presentations, and RFP responses.
