• Direct the final phases of system intelligence initiatives, taking full ownership of UAT and the successful deployment of new digital platforms.
• Architect and implement automated workflows to replace manual data entry, shifting the department toward a more automated, system-driven decision-making model.
• Act as the primary liaison for external technology partners, ensuring all technical deliverables align with the firm’s strategic objectives, budget, and launch timelines.
• Transform raw datasets into high-impact visual dashboards that track critical metrics like advisory force leads and complex commission structures.
• Translate technical data trends into clear, executive-level narratives and actionable recommendations to help the advisory force maximize their production potential.
• Assist with high-level business support, financial modeling, and the drafting of SOPs and proposal papers.
• Oversee the integrity and ensuring all reporting and system logic adheres strictly to industry regulatory standards.
• Provide specialized support for IT-related inquiries and administrative projects as required to maintain lean operational efficiency.

skills and experience required
We are seeking a candidate who understands the unique landscape of a Financial Advisory (FA) distributor, which differs significantly from traditional insurers.

Highly proficient in data visualization tools and advanced Excel. Proven track record of data migration and data transformation.
