- Acts as the key person for system intelligence projects
- Provides expert opinions and conducts User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets BU requirements before it is launched to the FA
- Responsible for the "Compensation" scope, ensuring that monthly commission runs are accurate and reflected correctly in the system
- Supports the backend "Distribution Operations," which includes managing product information and commission splitting
- Ensures all system flows and distribution activities comply with FA sales advisory regulations
- Works closely with external vendors to oversee development and ensure deliverables stay within timeline and budget.
- Advises the Business Unit on technical possibilities and system design to reduce manual data entry through automation.
- Translates complex system findings into clear, automated templates for the advisory force and management.
skills and experience required
Experience in a Financial Advisory (FA) firm or Life Insurancedistributionbackend.
Strong knowledge of Distribution Management Systems (DMS) and compensation modules. Familiar with system flow, automation, and vendor management
