Take on a highly influential leadership role to steer the company's future direction, covering corporate strategy, performance planning, and business analytics.
Spearhead the annual business planning and projection of key company financials.
Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior management to define the future path for expansion, recruitment, and resourcing.
Lead the implementation and monitoring of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall corporate goals.
Conduct deep-dive analysis on financial patterns to provide insights and propose countermeasures for KPI delivery.
Develop presentation materials on the annual business plan and strategic actions for the Board and Management Committee.
Skills and experience required
To succeed in this role, you should possess a confident and knowledgeable approach , ready to act as a coach and guide to others:
At least 6 years of experience in the insurance, financial institution, or financial advisory sector.
Proven experience in corporate strategy, business planning, performance management, or organizational transformation.
Tertiary qualification in Actuarial Science, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent.
Strong analytical and data-driven skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior management to drive strategic and business discussions.
