about the job.
you will act as the primary interface between business departments and technical teams to ensure the efficiency of global logistical systems.
- interpret operational needs to develop functional specifications for specialized shipping platforms.
- manage the maintenance and enhancement of industry applications through close collaboration with external service providers.
- investigate and resolve system discrepancies using database query tools and log analysis.
