About the Team | ManagerBased in Singapore, you will take full strategic ownership and P&L accountability for the Medical Device Business Unit. Leading a dedicated team of commercial and clinical application specialists, you will operate as a hands-on leader, driving portfolio expansion, supplier negotiations, and direct engagement with key healthcare accounts. About the JobAs the Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the attainment of regional sales objectives by maximizing the effectiveness, skills, and productivity of the field sales team. This is a highly collaborative, people-focused leadership role divided into three key strategic focuses: conducting regularly scheduled field visits to coach, motivate, and appraise Sales Representatives and Clinical Specialists on ground execution; analyzing complex sales data to interpret market trends, identify new business opportunities, and optimize territory targets; and managing cross-functional initiatives while overseeing regional product onboarding, P&L management, and principal supplier relationships. Additionally, you will drive business development across public and private hospital networks in Singapore, nurture relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in critical care, infection control, and diagnostic specialties, and implement strategic multi-year commercial plans to expand market share. Skills and Experience Required
- Strong commercial sales and business development experience within the Medical Device sector.
- Clinical networks or prior experience in IV Therapy, Central Line Access, Infection Prevention, or Diagnostics is highly advantageous.
- Entrepreneurial, agile, and hands-on mindset suited for a fast-moving local distributor environment.
