about the job
- Monitor industry trends and supplier risk profiles to develop long-term supplier engagement strategies for assigned categories.
- Identify and source new business partners to align with the evolving needs of the organization.
- Formulate and implement strategies that drive continuous cost savings while ensuring quality and reliability of supply.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand long-term business needs and support strategic planning to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Plan and lead negotiations for tenders, contracts, and strategic partnerships to ensure optimal value for the organization.
skills and experience required
- Preferably individuals with over 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing
- Extensive experience in sourcing and supplier onboarding
