... - lead the overall planning and design management of data centre projects, including HVAC system design, construction plan review, and equipment procurement.
- conduct early-stage capacity and reliability planning, ensuring alignment with project requirements and cost objectives.
- develop, implement, and update HVAC design standards, systems, and guidelines specific to data centre applications.
- drive the adoption of innovative HVAC technologies, such as liquid cooling, to improve performance and energy efficiency.
- provide technical guidance and coordination during construction to ensure design integrity and practical execution on-site.
knowledge and skills
- bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering field, with strong knowledge of green data centre standards
- over 8 years of HVAC design management experience, including full-cycle planning and detailed construction design for large-scale systems.
- proficient in HVAC system principles, load calculations, and major equipment such as chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and air terminals.
- experience with liquid cooling system design; exposure to projects exceeding 10 MW is preferred.
- strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage design teams and operate effectively in cross-functional, international environments.
