- Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
- Track competencies of subordinates & provide leadership & development
- Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Determining problem resolutions and implementing improvements.
- Developing and implementing cost-saving measures and quality control systems.
- Maintaining research and activity documentation and preparing reports.
- Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, such as efficiency and speed
- Study production and machine requirements
- Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources
- Coordinate set up & implement standard operating procedure for all production operations.
- Ensure Assess manufacturing operations staffing & skill requirements.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Min 8 years of working experience in the terminal / process / chemical plant (owner) side
- Comfortable with 12 hours Rotating Shift duties (2-3-3-2) 7.45am to 7.45pm / 7.45pm to 7.45am (pick up to & fro Jurong East MRT station)
- Willing to work in Jurong Island
