As the APAC Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the regional marketing strategy across both institutional and retail audiences. This is a high-impact leadership role that spans brand building, customer acquisition, partnerships, and regulatory engagement. You will work closely with global leadership while building and mentoring a high-performing marketing team across key APAC markets.
Key to success will be your ability to localize global narratives, adapt to regulatory nuances, and drive growth through data-informed, performance-led marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the APAC region across B2C and B2B verticals.
Build brand trust and recognition through integrated campaigns, partnerships, and content tailored to local market dynamics.
Oversee performance marketing, public relations, influencer engagement, events, and social media strategies across priority markets.
Partner closely with Product, Compliance, Legal, and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned
Lead and grow a regional marketing team, nurturing a culture of creativity, accountability, and experimentation.
Use data to continually optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI across customer segments.
skills and experience required
15+ years of marketing experience, with a track record of senior leadership in high-growth, consumer-facing tech or fintech environments.
Deep understanding of Asia Pacific markets and experience navigating complex regulatory and cultural landscapes.
Proven experience leading multi-market, multi-channel marketing strategies with measurable outcomes.
Strong grasp of both brand and performance marketing, including paid digital, CRM, content, and Public Relations.
Prior experience working in a Web3, crypto, digital assets, or highly regulated fintech environment is strongly preferred.
