This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping the future of the protocol across all products, features, integrations, token mechanics, and ecosystem expansion.
You will oversee the entire product lifecycle from discovery to launch and work closely with Engineering, BD, Marketing, and Community teams to deliver high-impact features that drive adoption, liquidity, and on-chain activity.
This role requires a strong DeFi-native leader with the ability to blend product strategy, user experience, on-chain innovation, and ecosystem understanding.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the full product roadmap for the DeFi protocol across all chains and products.
Drive product strategy that balances innovation, user needs, security, scalability, and protocol sustainability.
Oversee feature development: discovery, research, design, testing, and release.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, BD, Marketing, and Community teams.
Partner closely with the DeFi BD/Partnerships team to ensure product decisions align with integration opportunities and ecosystem growth.
Optimise protocol-level design including token mechanics, incentive structures, liquidity flows, and governance models.
Use on-chain analytics and user insights to inform product decisions and prioritization.
Act as the voice of the user and ensure high-quality UX across all interfaces (dApps, dashboards, developer tools).
Represent Product at leadership forums, investor discussions, ecosystem partnerships, and industry events.
Build, mentor, and scale the product organisation as the company grows.
Skills & Experience Required
8–12+ years of product experience, with at least 3–5 years in DeFi, crypto, or Web3.
Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, tokenomics, liquidity models, governance, and composability.
Proven track record of shipping and scaling products in fast-paced or zero-to-one environments.
Ability to blend technical understanding with user and business needs.
Experienced in leading cross-functional teams in remote or distributed setups.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and deeply passionate about DeFi innovation.
