In this position as a Claims Executive, you will be expected to review, assess and approve of inpatient and shield claims within service turnaround time. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to Team Lead and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the output is accurate and compliant to internal policy and regulatory requirements.
In order to be suitable for this position, the incumbent is expected to conduct the end to end of claims process, from claims investigations to assessing and to service recovery. You will also be expected to attend enquiry, medical clarification with hospitals/clinics and effectively handling customer/agent’s complaints.
