As our Client Success Partner based in Singapore, you will be the strategic face of our client engagements—serving as a trusted advisor, growth catalyst, and delivery advocate. Your role will focus on building and nurturing deep, impactful relationships with our clients, especially those seeking cutting-edge Application (AI/Data), resilient Hybrid Infrastructure, and robust IT Security solutions.

Strategic Client Engagement & Growth (Singapore Focus)
Act as a Strategic Advisor: Deeply understand the unique challenges, goals, and operating environments of our Singapore-based clients—particularly in relation to AI/Data strategies, hybrid cloud adoption, and cybersecurity.
Drive Account Growth: Proactively identify and pursue growth opportunities, showcasing the value of our integrated solutions, especially in AI/Data, Hybrid Infrastructure, and IT Security.
Foster Executive Relationships: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, becoming the go-to expert for high-impact IT initiatives within Singapore’s enterprise landscape.
Develop Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Solution Architects to deliver customized, regulation-aligned solutions for enterprises, emphasizing innovation, scalability, and security.
Navigate Renewals and Expansion: Lead contract renewals and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, ensuring long-term partnerships and continued value delivery.
Be the Voice of the Client: Advocate for clients internally, ensuring their priorities are reflected in every engagement, especially around AI/Data transformation and infrastructure modernization.
Delivery Excellence & Operational Oversight
Ensure Seamless Project Execution: Partner with Delivery Managers and technical teams to guarantee the successful execution of complex initiatives—from AI/Data projects to hybrid cloud deployments and cybersecurity implementations.
Monitor KPIs and Client Satisfaction: Track performance metrics and address any delivery challenges early, with a sharp eye on service quality and client expectations specific to the Singapore market.
Manage Risk Proactively: Identify and mitigate delivery risks, particularly those related to data integrity, infrastructure resilience, and evolving cyber threats.
Lead Escalations with Agility: Act as the primary escalation point for clients, resolving issues quickly and effectively across technical and operational domains.
Show Tangible Business Impact: Demonstrate ROI and business value delivered through our solutions, especially in terms of data-driven insights, cost efficiencies, and enhanced security posture.
Champion Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from clients and drive service enhancements, ensuring our offerings evolve with the local market’s changing AI/Data, infrastructure, and security demands.
skills and experience required
20+ years of client-facing experience in IT services or system integration, with a strong track record in Singapore or similar markets.
Proven success managing complex projects across AI/Data, Hybrid Infrastructure, and IT Security domains.
Deep domain expertise aligned to the market—especially in AI/ML, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity services.
Strong revenue growth track record through strategic account management, upselling, and cross-selling.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage C-level clients in Singapore.
Sharp problem-solving and analytical thinking, especially in identifying root causes and delivering fast, effective resolutions.
Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities in a high-paced business environment.
Solid business acumen and understanding of how IT solutions drive business outcomes, particularly in Singapore’s digital economy.
