As a Client Success Partner, you’ll play a central role in building and nurturing long-term partnerships with enterprise clients in Singapore. Acting as a strategic advisor and delivery advocate, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across all levels to understand their business goals and align them with tailored technology solutions. Your core focus will include identifying growth opportunities within Workplace Solutions, Hybrid Infrastructure, Application Services, Cybersecurity, and Managed Microsoft Environments.
You will be instrumental in managing ongoing service engagements, facilitating renewals, and ensuring clients receive maximum value from our offerings. By collaborating with cross-functional teams - Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery, you will shape bespoke solutions that meet specific regulatory and operational needs within Singapore’s business ecosystem.
Additionally, you will oversee service delivery execution, act as a key escalation point for issues, and track performance metrics to ensure high client satisfaction. Your role also involves surfacing and implementing improvements based on client feedback, reinforcing our commitment to quality and innovation in every engagement.
skills and experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Over 20 years of client engagement experience in IT services, system integration, or related fields—preferably within Singapore or similar regional markets.
- Expertise in at least one of the following areas: End-User Computing, Cloud Infrastructure, Application Services, IT Security, or Microsoft Managed Services.
- Demonstrated ability to expand client accounts through consultative selling and value-based relationship development.
- Proven experience managing complex stakeholder relationships in a corporate environment, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Business-focused mindset with a clear understanding of how IT solutions can drive measurable results for organizations.
