This role reports to the GM of the Singapore Business and is part of a collaborative and experienced clinical team. The team works closely with both sales and technical staff to support imaging solutions across healthcare institutions, ensuring users receive high-impact training and post-sales support.

About the Job
As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will provide pre- and post-sales support for radiography modalities, including product demonstrations, user training, application troubleshooting, and routine site visits to ensure optimal equipment use. You will also support pre-sales projects with technical presentations, deliver clinical training with a focus on mammography, maintain image quality and QC, conduct structured training for junior specialists, address customer feedback, and represent the company at industry events.

Skills and Experience Required
The ideal candidate will possess:

• A degree in medical imaging, radiography, or a related life sciences or engineering field.
• Hands-on experience in radiography, including mammography applications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for product demos and training.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve clinical application issues independently.
• Experience mentoring or training junior colleagues is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, training, and events.
