about the job
An exceptional 1-year contract opportunity for a Clinical Trial Operations Specialist offering up to S$/6,000 monthly.
- Provide administrative, documentation, and logistical support for trial execution in compliance with relevant standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage electronic master files including setup, active maintenance, quality control checks, and archiving procedures.
- Oversee trial financial tracking by handling vendor creation, invoice verification, budget tool updates, and monitoring actual expenditure.
- Establish review frameworks and documentation guidelines to maintain quality control across third-party partners.
- Coordinate cross-functional operational activities to ensure regulatory adherence and timely delivery of study results.
skills and experience required.
- Degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related discipline with practical experience in regulated clinical studies.
- Demonstrated experience with trial master file management and electronic document management platforms.
- Sound working knowledge of good clinical practice guidelines, quality control processes, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multi-tasking abilities within structured project timelines.
- Effective communication skills with a collaborative approach to working in cross-functional environments.
