My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer & Data Center to lead and shape our regional IT landscape across Asia Pacific. This is a critical hands-on technical role, mainly focused on the architecture, implementation, and management of our existing on-premises data centers, Microsoft Azure, and upcoming AWS Cloud infrastructure.

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of regional data centers and cloud platforms (AWS & Azure), including architecture, design, and implementation of hybrid solutions across APAC.
• Oversee AWS Cloud migration projects and manage daily operations of ~200 VMs across Singapore and New Zealand (on-prem) and Azure (cloud). Ensure system performance, availability, and capacity planning.
• Perform upgrades, patching, and backups across servers, storage, databases, VMware, and domain controllers. Develop automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell) to streamline tasks and reporting.
• Plan and execute infrastructure projects and change requests within budget and timeline. Participate in disaster recovery and ICT recovery testing.
• Ensure infrastructure meets local/international compliance and security standards. Identify IT risks and proposemitigation measures. Maintain SOPs and documentation.
• Work closely with regional teams, vendors, and senior management. Communicate project progress, prepare budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), and submit monthly updates to the Regional IT Head.
