The Cloud Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is a key role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of cloud services on AWS or Azure. This role is a primary point of contact for clients and ensures a high standard of service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Client Management: Serve as the main liaison for clients, managing expectations, conducting service reviews, and addressing concerns to ensure strong relationships and a positive customer experience.
Cloud Operations & Monitoring: Manage daily cloud operations, including incident, change, and problem resolution. Implement and monitor dashboards (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor) to proactively identify issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives for performance and cost efficiency.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure all cloud services comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on security controls and provide detailed reports on SLAs and KPIs.

skills and experience required:
- Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP environments, including monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, incident management, and ITIL processes.
- Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks to enhance service efficiency
- AWS Certifications are highly desireable
