As the Commercial Head for Healthcare, you will lead strategic growth initiatives, focusing on market development, commercial excellence, and innovation within the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for identifying high-growth opportunities, expanding into new geographies, and developing partnerships to accelerate business growth. This includes driving customer retention, optimizing supply chain operations, and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Key areas of focus include commercial strategy, market entry, customer excellence, supply chain transformation, and strategic project execution.
Skills and Experience Required
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong background (5–10 years) in strategic business development, market expansion, or management consulting within the healthcare industry.
- Proven success in identifying growth opportunities and executing market-entry strategies.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape in SEA, including trends, regulatory environment, and competitive dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
