As part of the growth in the business, they are seeking a Compliance Lead to spearhead their critical regional compliance and governance function. This is a 2 year contract position with opportunities to extend or convert into a permanent position.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will play a key role in designing and implementing the regional compliance governance framework and acting as the primary advisor on internal standards. You will be responsible for proactively identifying and mitigating emerging ethical or regulatory risks, designing and implementing robust compliance policies and procedures aligned with global headquarters and local regulatory requirements. You will conduct internal training sessions to foster a strong culture of integrity, while collaborating closely with executive management and cross-functional teams to provide governance oversight for business operations and strategic initiatives.
Skills And Experience Required
You are degree qualified in a relevant discipline with at least 8 years of experience in compliance, governance, or risk management in the Asia Pacific region. You possess a proven ability to build and implement corporate compliance frameworks from a strategic and commercial perspective. You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills necessary in partnering with a diverse range of internal stakeholders and senior business leaders.
