The role focuses on pre-contract planning, cost estimation and bid coordination, ensuring proposals are commercially sound and technically aligned with project requirements. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop competitive tenders that reflect both market dynamics and operational capabilities.

... - interpret tender specifications and identify key commercial and technical considerations.
- coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams to compile bid documentation.
- prepare detailed cost breakdowns, pricing strategies, and submission schedules.
- engage subcontractors and suppliers for quotations and scope alignment.
- support pre-award negotiations and clarifications with clients and consultants.
- maintain tender records and contribute to post-bid reviews for continuous improvement.
knowledge and skills
- degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in tendering or pre-contract roles within the construction industry.
- familiarity with LTA or large-scale infrastructure projects in Singapore.
- strong analytical and commercial acumen.
- effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- proficiency in tendering software and Microsoft Office tools.
