In this position as a Contact Centre Specialist(AM Level), you will be expected to attend to customers on enquiries and transactions over the phone and some days at the Customer Service counter. The ideal incumbent must be comfortable supporting hotlines/email and face to face for customers and financial advisers within SLA.

Additionally, the incumbent will be required to handle process improvement projects within the Contact Centre operations, Customer Service initiatives and other adhoc duties.
** Monday to Friday - 845am to 545am
** No OT or shifts or weekend required
** Basic salary + full benefits + flexi benefits

- 3+ years of relevant experience in a contact centre environment and experience in Life Insurance industry
- Ability to work well under pressure and as a excellent team member
- Fast learner and eye for detail
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
