Support the business in the necessary documentation required for client onboarding
Liaise with internal and global stakeholders to drive forward contract negotiations, as well as manage and coordinate the pipeline of active contract negotiations
Maintain contract records and support contract lifecycle management processes

skills and experience required

Paralegal with minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking or capital markets
Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills, with an ability to manage complex issues under time pressure
Ability to work autonomously, prioritise competing deadlines, and communicate legal concepts clearly
Team-oriented mindset with a pragmatic, commercial approach.
