Analyze financial statements, credit ratings, market information
Measure and monitor counterparty credit exposure arising from OTC and exchange-traded derivatives
Propose, implement, and monitor appropriate credit risk mitigants
Prepare and present regular, insightful risk reports and analyses to senior management, risk committees, and other stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Quantitative Finance, Risk Management, or a related highly analytical field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in counterparty credit risk management, specifically with strong exposure to derivatives (OTC and exchange-traded) within a financial institution or a large commodity trading firm
Demonstrable expertise in derivatives products, valuation methodologies, and their associated counterparty risk drivers
Proficiency in credit analysis techniques, financial modeling, and quantitative risk methodologies
Strong communication and presentation skills
Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, PRMIA, or equivalent
