- Manage crew rotations, travel logistics, and vessel manning to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
- Monitor validity of seafarer certificates, medicals, and appraisals, keeping accurate records in internal systems.
- Liaise with manning agents, port agents, and internal stakeholders to support crew onboarding and repatriation.
- Verify crew-related invoices and provide administrative support to the Crewing Manager.
skills and experience required
- Diploma in any discipline
- Min. 1 year of relevant experience in crewing, manning, or maritime operations.
