- Provide professional customer service to B2B clients by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the order cycle.
- Promote and up-sell parts based on market needs while providing timely, value-adding responses to customer inquiries, especially during supply disruptions.
- Process orders and claims accurately, ensuring clear communication of delivery, cost, and safety factors, and take proactive steps for recovery when needed.
skills and experience required
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B customer service.
- Proficiency in SAP is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Incoterms is preferred.
