• Manage the daily operations of the order fulfilment team to ensure all sales and purchase cycles are completed accurately.

• Oversee the end-to-end processing of orders, shipments, and invoicing within the SAP Business One environment.

• Implement and refine best practices for customer communication and the scheduling of both local and international deliveries.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the service life cycle to improve documentation standards and operational speed.

• Serve as the senior point of contact for resolving complex customer complaints, quality issues, and non-conformance reports.

• Coordinate directly with international factory teams to address technical inquiries, product warranties, and compliance certifications.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with regional distributors to ensure service levels meet corporate expectations.

• Evaluate and optimise the internal team structure to increase overall department efficiency and responsiveness.

• Ensure all logistics and service activities remain in full compliance with corporate policies and quality standards.

• Collaborate closely with the Finance department to ensure seamless alignment on billing and financial reporting.

• min. 7 years of experience in customer service, logistics and order processing
• prior experience working within the industrial/automation sector
• proven capabilities of managing a team
