This is a key role where you will be an integral part of the service delivery team, managing customer service function and coordinating with the overseas relocation team to ensure excellent service delivery. This position will also require you to manage customers and stakeholder from Japan.

about the job
Manage and optimize all customer service operations on a daily basis.
Handle all client inquiries, requests, and feedback received through primary communication channels like phone and email.
Collaborate closely with global and overseas relocation teams to uphold and enhance service quality standards.
skills and experience required
- JLPT N1 is mandatory
- min. 2-3 years of expereince within sales/customer service
- willing to travel (around Singapore) for work
