- Ensuring the overall stability and scalability of company products.This includes Overseeing the development and implementation of scalable, secure, and robust technology solutions.
- Lead and manage a lean IT department including software development and IT infrastructure
- Manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize technology initiatives.
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in software development / software engineering. At least 3 years of experience in direct team management of application and IT infrastructure / system / network will be highly preferred.
Proven track record in driving digital transformation, AI adoption and new apps for the past few years will be highly preferred.
