- Own and deliver full-stack technology vision—from platform, app, and CDP to CRM automation and AI integration
- Architect an API-first, modular system designed for extensibility, scalability, and localization across Southeast Asia
- Create a self-reinforcing flywheel, where user engagement feeds data enrichment, powering personalization, brand ROI, and more engagement
- Possess a deep understanding of data engineering, including ingestion pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, distributed data systems, and real-time data activation
- (need to travel 50% of your time to China and meet the team) Scale and lead a distributed engineering and product team across Singapore and China
- Tech stack: Java, NodeJS, ReactJD, DevOps, Cloud, AI and LLM (GPT 3.5 / 4.0, Gemini AI, and etc)
skills and requirements
- Experience architecting and scaling B2C and B2B products at a consumer platform or data-driven company (500K+ MAU, Series B–C stage).
- Strong foundation in data architecture, AI/ML, open-source frameworks, cloud (AWS/GCP), and cost-effective data crawling
- Experienced with B2C-B2B hybrid models, AI-automation, and monetizable data services.
- Familiarity with SEA markets and ability to lead cross-market product development.
