about the job
- Respond to customer enquiries, requests, and feedback through email and the company hotline, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Assist customers with membership registrations and maintain a monthly summary report for the Retail Management team.
- Manage procurement activities for retail stations, including handling tenders and routine purchasing of goods and services.
- Coordinate logistics support across the retail station network in Singapore.
- Support price updates and assist in planning and executing retail events.
skills and experience required
- Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
- Preferably individuals with at least 2 years of experince in handling public enquiries
