They are currently seeking an Order Processing Executive to support the timely and efficient movement of products across the company’s supply chain. This role ensures that all import and export activities are carried out with complete and accurate documentation, enabling prompt delivery to customers while maintaining full compliance with local and international regulations, as well as company policies.

about the job
- Prepare and manage all required import and export shipping documentation, including the bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and any additional necessary paperwork.
- Perform goods receipt and packing slip entries in the company’s ERP system to ensure timely and accurate transaction postings.
- Update inventory records and invoices to accurately reflect the movement and current status of goods.
- Maintain well-organized documentation for audit readiness and future reference.
- Provide support for product recall activities by supplying distribution records, verifying details, and reconciling supply chain-related information.
skills and experience required
- Preferably candidates with at least 2 years of experience in order management
- Strong knowledge in L/C and payment and import & export documentation
