My client is looking to hire an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to play a pivotal role in overseeing cybersecurity operations and coordinating with external vendors, particularly in the area of incident response. Strong foundation in cybersecurity operations, with hands-on involvement in managing incidents and aligning security processes to business needs.
about the job
- Establish and implement cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and incident response procedures.
- Manage day-to-day security operations (SIEM, TrendMicro, email/mobile/endpoint protection).
- Coordinate penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and remediation with internal and external teams.
- Drive compliance efforts (e.g., PDPA, ISO 27001, Cyber Trust Mark) and support audit readiness.
- Deliver security awareness training, phishing simulations, and monthly reporting.
- Communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders in layman terms.
- Guide vendor risk assessments and contribute to the enterprise security roadmap.
- Advocate for security across departments—educate, prioritize, and hold teams accountable.

5+ years of cybersecurity experience with strong operational and governance exposure. Proven ability to build from scratch—frameworks, playbooks, and security culture.
Ability to balance technical depth with stakeholder management, making this role ideal for someone looking to grow into a leadership position.
