This role is more than just data reporting. You'll shape product decisions, influence strategy, and deliver insights that matter.

Work side by side with product managers to define KPIs and deliver insights that drive decision-making.
Design smart, fit-for-purpose data collection and analysis frameworks to answer critical business questions.
Develop and maintain interactive, web-based dashboards that turn raw data into clear, visual narratives.
Build scalable, high-performance data pipelines and integration logic using the right tools for the job.

skills and experience required

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Aata analyst or BI developer, with a strong background in data mining, visualization, A/B testing, and segmentation.
Strong ability to produce meaningful dashboards and reports that influence business outcomes.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or Information Management.
Proficient in handling both structured and unstructured data.
Skilled in identifying and tracking product-critical metrics that drive user experience and functionality.
Advanced programming knowledge in SQL and Python or R, especially in analytics and machine learning contexts.
Mandarin speaking required as you need to liaise with Chinese counterparts who can only speak and write in Mandarin
