Lead the architecture, technical design, and hands-on development of the Operational Support System (OSS) platform.
Drive the integration of data from both IT and OT systems into the centralized platform.
Define the technical roadmap and ensure the platform is scalable, resilient, and secure.
Oversee all OT systems (BMS, EPMS, DCIM) and their seamless integration with IT systems.
Ensure 24/7 operational excellence, reliability, and maximum uptime for all critical data center infrastructure.
Provide expert-level, hands-on technical guidance to resolve complex, cross-functional infrastructure issues.

Skills and Experience required

Minimum 15 years’ experience in OT and network systems, with specific expertise in BMS, IOT, and DCIM in DC environments.
Ideally someone with IT system, network, cybersecurity technical knowledge, and have some software background
