About the Job
As the Regional Digital Strategy & Transformation Manager, you will bridge the gap between corporate vision and technology execution. Based in Singapore, you will drive digital evolution, optimize business processes, and align IT strategies across our regional entities.
Key responsibilities include:
IT Strategy & Budgeting: Formulate regional IT roadmaps, manage investment budgets, and align local entity strategies with headquarters.
Process Optimization: Lead full-scale process improvement initiatives and identify structural gaps using data analytics and AI tools.
Standardization: Facilitate regional transformation workshops and standardize performance KPIs and methodologies.
Core System Direction: Guide regional core system strategies, promoting automation, AI solutions, and low-code/no-code platforms.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary link between business units and IT, preparing strategic reports and presentations for executive leadership.
Skills and Experience Required
Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT strategy, digital planning, transformation, or process optimization.
Project Scope: Proven experience managing regional, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Technical Familiarity: Practical experience applying data-driven or AI-driven approaches to business processes.
Industry Background: Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is highly preferred.
Core Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, excellent executive communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
Mobility: Willingness to travel regionally as required by project needs.
