• Lead the integration of Generative AI applications, intelligent automation, and predictive data modeling to supercharge retail workflows, merchandising, and analytics.
• Lead an elegant integration strategy bridging SAP Retail and CAR with POS, Order Management (OMS), WMS, eCommerce, and fast-evolving third-party applications using modern, event-driven architectures.
• Maintain unwavering standards for master data consistency and platform stability, ensuring our multi-market retail operations run flawlessly.
• Work as a strategic peer to executive leaders across Supply Chain, Retail Operations, Merchandising, and Digital Commerce.
• Direct global support partners and premier vendors, enforcing absolute quality while mentoring an internal, innovation-hungry technical team.

skills and experience required
Deep track record of successfully architecting complex integrations between SAP S/4HANA Retail/CAR and non-SAP edge systems. Pure functional module configuration backgrounds will not suffice for this scope.

Highly technical and deeply familiar with API management, message queues, microservices architecture, and event-driven middleware.

Good understanding of retail technology. You know exactly how an order moves from an online checkout page, through an OMS, maps into SAP CAR, updates inventory in the WMS, and reflects in financial ledgers.
