They are seeking a senior "Builder" to anchor this expansion. This is a rare opportunity to lead a regional mandate, combining the agility of a practice-building role with the stability and R&D resources of a Fortune Global 100 firm.
The Role
You will serve as the bridge between C-Suite strategy and technical execution for top-tier financial institutions across Southeast Asia. Unlike pure-play strategy firms, our client differentiates itself by owning the underlying intellectual property proprietary cloud platforms and AI accelerator, that ensure successful delivery.
You will hold a target-driven leadership role focused on EITHER the Banking OR Insurance vertical.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Commercial Leadership: Drive the origination and closure of complex transformation engagements (SGD 5M - 20M+ TCV). You will own the P&L and spearhead business development efforts across Singapore and emerging SEA markets.
Strategic Advisory: Act as the primary trusted advisor to CIOs and CDOs. Guide clients through the transition from legacy core systems to modern, composable architectures, specifically addressing the unique regulatory and digital landscape of Asia.
Asset-Based Value Creation: Leverage the client’s proprietary "Industry-in-a-Box" platforms (custom IP for Open Banking and Digital Insurance) to deliver tangible outcomes rather than billable hours.
Delivery Governance: Oversee the quality of delivery by bridging the gap between onshore strategy teams in Singapore and global delivery centers in India and the region.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a Senior Manager or Director currently with a Big 4, Tier-1 Systems Integrator, or specialized management consultancy. Experience working within the Singapore market and wider APAC region is essential.
