knowledge and skills
- bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- minimum 8 years of QS experience in the construction industry.
- strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- proficient in cost estimation software and MS Excel.
- proven leadership and mentoring experience.
