m&e coordinator
about the job
- oversee and support M&E engineering works on site
- coordinate with subcontractors to ensure M&E activities are carried out accurately and on schedule
- ensure all works are performed in accordance with approved method statements and shop drawings
- liaise with consultants and clients on technical issues and progress updates
- inspect and verify the quality and compliance of all M&E systems
knowledge and skills
- recognized Degree Qualification by the Professional Engineers Board
- at least 7 years of local construction experience, preferably with A1 main contractor
architectural coordinator
about the job
- oversee and support architectural works on site
- review and submit shop drawings, material approvals, and method statements
- manage architectural scheduling and coordination with other disciplines
- liaise with consultants and clients as well as subcontractor on technical issues
- attend project meetings, conduct inspections, material testing, and mock-up installations
knowledge and skills
- bachelor's degree in architectural or equivalent
- 7 years of working experience in related field
