Role Overview:
The Engineering Manager will serve as a vital link between customers and internal teams, ensuring that customer requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong product engineering experience and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to gather, clarify, and define product specifications and engineering requirements.
- Translate customer needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for design and manufacturing teams.
- Manage and coordinate product development projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with customer expectations.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, production, and procurement teams to deliver engineered solutions.
- Assist Production in improving productivity & reducing manufacturing costs.
- Oversees engineering team to achieve individual employee goals along with company objectives;
- Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product engineering or mechanical design, preferably within HVAC, air systems, or consumer/industrial products.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing technical or engineering role.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in a manufacturing or OEM/ODM environment.
- Familiarity with ventilation, air purification, or building environmental systems.
