• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies for designing and implementing Tools solutions (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, APM, CI/CD, ServiceNow).

• Extensive knowledge of Tools technologies and services, coupled with experience in modern Tools practices.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, demonstrating strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities.

• The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Good to have: Knowledge of specific Tools OEMs like BMC Helix, Microfocus, Dynatrace, Cisco AppD, or ServiceNow, and relevant certifications.
