• Drive alignment with organizational governance standards by delivering strategic guidance to business units on regulatory obligations and risk mitigation.
• Oversee vendor and third-party risk management frameworks, establishing key risk indicators to proactively track and address emerging exposures.
• Execute independent second-line assurance across operational risk and enterprise risk domains in accordance with MAS Guidelines.
• Perform risk and control self-assessments alongside control effectiveness testing to evaluate operational readiness and oversee remediation efforts.
• Support annual compliance mandates and lead strategic governance projects in close coordination with senior leadership.
