About the role
I am representing a global leader with presence in more than 50 countries and offering a full-suite of digital services/transformation , Cloud and IT solutions to both Enterprise and Public Sector verticals.
As part of their expansion, they are currently looking for an Enterprise Sales Director with strong industry knowledge and is able drive new business by focusing on solution based selling as well as a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to work in synergy with the technical team to propose solutions to stakeholders across all levels.
About the role,
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, your key responsibilities would includes
- Proactively identify and engage new logo clients within the Enterprise and Public Sector verticals, crafting and executing comprehensive sales strategies for market penetration and growth.
- Lead the sales cycle for complex digital services, Cloud, and IT solutions, including AWS, Azure, GCP, advanced cybersecurity, digital transformation, and SAP.
- Work in close partnership with technical and pre-sales teams to develop compelling, tailored proposals that address specific client challenges.
- Build and rigorously manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progression of opportunities from qualification to close. Achieve and exceed aggressive quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers across various functions within client organizations, positioning the company as a trusted strategic partner.
- Maintain a profound understanding of the evolving IT landscape, competitor offerings, and industry trends to inform sales strategies, identify emerging opportunities, and articulate a differentiated value proposition.
- Foster synergy with internal teams including product development, marketing, and delivery, ensuring alignment on go-to-market strategies and seamless solution delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Relevant experience within the SI/IT Solutions company with a proven track record in both public and private sector such as transportation, manufacturing, healthcare etc
- Experience offering Cloud, Security, SAP Solutions, and/or Digital Solutions with some technical knowledge of major Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity frameworks, digital transformation methodologies, and SAP ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence executive-level stakeholders.
