As part of their business growth strategy, they are looking for a Senior Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with strategic enterprise clients, driving revenue growth, and coordinating complex sales projects.
About the role
Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for
- Manage and grow relationships with key enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term customer success and satisfaction.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for large-scale cybersecurity solutions, from prospecting to closing.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver complex sales projects on time and within scope.
- Identify client needs and provide strategic, customized cybersecurity solutions.
- Develop and execute account plans and sales strategies that align with revenue targets.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Provide regular updates and accurate sales forecasts to senior management.
Skills and experience required
- A strong track record of closing large-scale cybersecurity deals, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Demonstrated success in closing large enterprise deals and managing complex client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
